Gluten-Free (and Vegan!) Donuts

A gluten-free donut magically poufs up deliciousness in the oven thanks to a BabyCakes recipe tweaked by the Ninja Baker.  A simple blend of flours, a soupçon of leavening agents whisked in with bananas and vanilla bean will bring on a strong case of the happys. P.s. If a touch of anything banana bothers you, substitute applesauce.

Imitation Game Guinness Brownies

Deep rivers of rich chocolate flow through Guinness brownies. It's an enigmatic mystery but the Irish beer enriches the semisweet chocolate brownie experience. A beautiful balance between cake and fudge...Guinness Brownies are definitely as Oscar worthy as the compelling nominated film The Imitation Game.

Cherry Blossom Tea Cookies

Craving something with a zap of sweet cherry and a zing of savory? The Ninja Baker’s cherry blossom cookies are a pretty-in-pink pick-me-up from a 4 o’clock slump!

The cherry blossom shapes were created via my cookie press purchased at Williams-Sonoma. Softer dough seems to work best in the cookie press. However, the cherry blossom cookies will spread so do place them in the freezer overnight.

Chocolate Péjoy Banana Rum Cake Pops

Bananas flambé flavors tease the senses with these grownups only rum infused cake pops! Crushed and chopped chocolate cream filled Péjoy biscuit sticks make the bite-sized cakes even more special!  Even if you don't have cake pop forms, you can make scrumptious mini cakes and muffins with the Ninja Baker's Chocolate Péjoy Banana Rum Cake recipe. 

Valentine Croquembouche

Light, airy cream puffs filled with Japanese plum wine cream will set any heart skipping with joy.....whether it's Valentine's Day or not!

Greek Bread

Olives, feta cheese and Greek yogurt swirled into a basic sweet dough gives way to a simple but satisfying bread. After a whir in the bread maker machine, the sliced olives create a pleasant nutty sort of crunch.
